Torthell Robinson: Founder, Executive Producer, Writer – Denver
As Executive Producer and Founder of Arrogant View productions, Torthell Robinson oversees all aspects of the business.In this position he is the Head of Television and Film Department for Arrogant View Productions.
Born with the gift of gab, Torthell quickly adapted to being the class clown all through his grade school years. His shrewd, vivid imagination brought on many hard earned disciplinary actions and Saturday detentions. After completion of high school, Torthell joined the United States Air Force. . After serving his 6-year commitment, he moved to Dallas, Texas in 2009 where he attended the University of North Texas with a focus in Radio/TV/Film. Arrogant enough to have an opinion, he would create Arrogant View an entertainment company based on making sense of society. With the help of the GI Bill, he packed up and relocated to Los Angeles where he advanced his knowledge in film production. Torthell studied at the Los Angeles Film School, the New York Film Academy and UCB Upright Citizens Brigade where he crafted his skill as a well-rounded filmmaker. He serves as the CEO and Executive Producer where he creates and oversees content.
Paquita Hughes – Producer
She is Head of Television and Film Department for Arrogant View Productions.In this position she is responsible for developing comedy and drama projects.
Military veteran who served in the US Navy as an Air Traffic Controller, works as a Producer, First Assistant Director and Location Manager in Los Angeles, CA. She is an honors graduate of New York Film Academy and Los Angeles Film School. Her past projects include festival winners “The Rat”, “The Middle” and “American Girl”; not to mention festival selections for dramatic shorts such as “Taboo”, for the San Diego Black Film Festival and also, “Breaking The Silence”, for the GI Film Festival in Washington D.C. With over 100 productions under her belt, she was selected to work with Imaginary Forces as an Associate Producer where she assisted on such productions as the MTV Movie Awards, Electronic Arts Battlefield: Hardline promo and Discovery ID’s “Swamp Murders” opening sequence. Her experience also includes award winning PSA’s, commercials andindependent feature films such as, “Chocolate City”, starring Robert RiChard, Michael Jai White, Tyson Beckford and Vivica A Fox; also the urban comedy feature film, “Internship Games”, starring Tonya Banks of Lifetime’s “Little Women of LA”. Recently, she was selected and trained by the Local 399 Teamsters Union to be a Location Manager, as part of their very first hiring initiative for military veterans. She has been featured on NPR and ABC news to discuss her projects, career and military heritage. Paquita was also a guest on Kevin Smith’s podcast, “Film School Fridays”, and is published in a photo book titled, “Veteran Vision Project” profiling veterans, their struggles, families, commitment and service. Paquita was raised in Columbus, MS and born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico.

Vincent Lamatte Assistant Director – Atlanta

An Los Angeles native, Vincent roots run deep in the industry, the grandson of the late Earl “Jolly” Brown who appeared in the 1973 Guy Hamilton James Bond film “Live and Let Die,” as well as being neighbors to Kennan Ivory Wayans the creator of the hit television series In Living Color, Vincent has been around his fair share of Hollywood heavy weights. With a few short films, music videos under his belt, Vincent feels that now is his time to make his mark in the entertainment industry and have an cultural impact on mainstream media.
Ricardo Perez : Head of Post Production department
Ricardo Perez – is Head of Post Production department for Arrogant View Productions in Los Angeles. In this position he is responsible for editing comedy and drama projects. Ricardo has 6 plus professional years in the film & television industry. While that has been the main focus of business he is very passionate about all the Arts. He truly believes Art and Creativity has the power to change an individual’s life, and the world at large. His journey Ribegan, as a native of Puerto Rico, having been raised in a military family, became a citizen of the world before attending The Los Angeles Film School. Since graduating in 2012, He’s had the opportunity to work with a variety of unique and talented directors, cinematographers, producers, writers, and other storytellers in Hollywood.
